Privacy
Privacy is part of the operating standard.
TSSC collects a limited membership request so it can assess whether its services are a practical fit. Document intake stays paused when secure screening is unavailable; accepted files remain private and authorization controlled.
Current collection boundary
A membership request may include carrier identity, contact details, authority identifiers, equipment, lanes, and requested support. When document intake is enabled, selected supporting records are screened by a contracted security service before private storage. Application status is protected by both a reference and a private resume token; applicant records are not searchable publicly.
Protected workspaces
Staff accounts, carrier records, operational information, private documents, sessions, and audit records are stored behind authenticated, role-based access controls. Carrier documents are private by default and are never exposed through a public storage URL. A file cannot be downloaded, verified, or released to a carrier until its security result is clean.
Use and release
TSSC and its contracted service providers use submitted information only to assess, secure, set up, and support the applicable carrier relationship. Service terms, retention requirements, and any disclosures are governed by the applicable written agreement and approved business policies.
